Judges move at breakneck speed to deport Somali neighbors, ICE planes to Southern Africa, and Facial Recognition Tech

• Minneapolis are reporting an astonishing upswing in Judges speeding up deportation hearings for Somali neighbors. Yes, this would violate the Equal Protection Clause, but SCOTUS already gutted it for Skrmetti. Do you really think this DOJ won’t use that precedent against anyone they please?

ICE Watch:

• mspwhistles posted on BlueSky about multiple ICE abductions outside the metro.
• ICE Flight Monitor documented a flight to a tiny, landlocked monarchy in southern Africa.. This is the third such deportation flight monitored, making it highly unlikely that those abducted are actually from there.
• Posts on social media reported ICE continuing to circle schools are photographing children. Reminder that ICE has been using Facial Recognition tech which is notoriously inaccurate to racially profile individuals using only a photo.
