The kids are not alright:

• Minnesota reformer interviews several young people at the forefront of ICE activity.
• ICE is now actively targeting immigrants with active work permits. Even if you follow all the rules and break no laws, you’re still a target.
• A blog post on Substack outlines how ICE is a less dangerous job than…an elementary school teacher.

Sure, we believe you:

• Walz claims a “significant” drawdown in ICE presence “soon”. Yeah right.

And no one was surprised:

• A federal employee who did background checks on ICE gets busted for sex trafficing. While the KSTP article omits it, this was an underage sex sting.
• ICE agent bites wife in altercation, keeps job. Reminder, that the demographic with the highest rate of domestic abusers? Cops.

The bigger picture:

• Wired points out ICE is building gulags. What happens when the gulags become too crowded? The Nazis tried deportation, then extermination. Sound familiar?

We keep us safe:

• Minnpost covers neighbors effort to cover each other’s rent while ICE abductions continue. Walz continues to do nothing.
• Minnesota’s queer-owned businesses are leading the fight against ICE.
